Privacy Policy

This applies to Zling AI and Clack AI. They are two faces of one service: your account, your coin balance and your generations are the same in both.

What follows describes what the product actually does. The retention periods are the ones the system runs on — not intentions, settings.

What we process

Account

Your email address. We do not use passwords; we send a one-time code to your inbox. We store a session identifier on your device to keep you signed in.

Photos you upload

When you pick a style and upload a photo, that photo reaches our servers, is used for the generation, and is deleted after 30 days. Deletion is automatic; you do not have to ask.

Your photo is sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) to produce the result. The provider processes it only for that generation.

Generated images

We do not store your generations. The result comes straight from the provider and its link lives about 24 hours. If you do not download it in that time the image is gone, and no copy remains with us either.

We say plainly that this is a choice: not storing your generations leaves the risk of losing them with you, but it also leaves no archive to lose in a breach.

Coins and purchases

We keep your coin balance and spending history. Payment details never reach us: App Store or Google Play takes the payment and tells us only that a certain account was granted a certain number of coins. We never see or store your card.

Country

We learn which country you connect from via Cloudflare's country code; some content may be open or closed by country. We do not store your IP address.

Support conversations

Messages you send from inside the app are kept with your account so that the history is there the next time you write.

Usage records

Technical events — which screens opened, whether a generation succeeded — are kept for 90 days. System backups are kept for 14 days.

Why we process it

To provide the service: account, generation, coins.
To prevent abuse: to stop one person opening unlimited free accounts, or producing prohibited content.
To meet legal obligations: purchase records.

Who we share with

fal.ai — the generation provider. Your uploaded photo and the request go there.
Cloudflare — the network your traffic passes through; the country code comes from it.
Apple / Google — only when you purchase, and the payment happens in their stores.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone else.

Your rights

What you can do from inside the app, without asking anyone:

Export your data. Request a copy from the Account screen.
Delete your account. Start it from the Account screen. Deletion is scheduled 7 days ahead; until that day you can cancel it by signing in. On that day your account and the data attached to it are deleted.

You also have rights of access, correction and objection. Write to us from the support screen.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 13. Some content may require an 18+ confirmation.

Changes

This document is versioned. On a material change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it in the app. Old versions are not deleted.
