Terms of Use

These terms cover Zling AI (web) and Clack AI (mobile). They are one service; your account and coin balance are the same in both.

What the service is

You pick a ready-made style, upload a photo, and an AI produces a new image in that style. Every generation spends coins, and each style's price is written in the catalogue — you see it before you spend.

Account

An email address is enough to open an account; you sign in with a one-time code. You are responsible for your account's security and for access to your inbox. If one person uses several accounts to multiply free allowances, we may close them.

Coins

Coins are a right to use the service, not a means of payment. They cannot be cashed out or transferred to another account.

Coins are purchased through the App Store and Google Play; refunds follow those stores' rules. If a generation fails through a technical error, the coins spent are returned. Not liking the result is not a technical error and is not grounds for a refund — which is why you can see an example of every style before generating.

Generated images

The right to use an image you generate is yours, personally and commercially.

We do not store your generations. The result link lives about 24 hours and you need to download it within that time. We cannot recover an image you did not download, because we hold no copy of it.

AI-generated images do not depict reality. Using them in a way that suggests they represent real people, events or documents is your responsibility.

Photos you upload

Upload only photos that are yours or that you have the right to use. Uploading someone else's photo without their consent breaches these terms.

We use your photo only to produce your generation. We do not use it to train AI models.

Prohibited

Attempting to generate any of the following is grounds for closing your account:

Sexualisation of children — which is also a crime and is reported to the authorities.
Someone's likeness without their consent.
Violence, hate speech or illegal activity.
Content impersonating a real person, organisation or official document.

Requests are screened automatically. If a request is refused, no coins are spent.

Availability

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will never be interrupted. Maintenance, a provider failure or a legal requirement may stop it temporarily. We may remove a style from the catalogue or change its price; the value of coins you have already bought is not affected.

Closing your account

You can start deletion at any time from the Account screen. It is scheduled 7 days ahead and you can cancel until then. Unused coins are lost with the deleted account and are not refunded.

We may also close an account that breaches these terms, without notice in serious cases.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or loss of profit. In any case our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes

These terms are versioned. On a material change we publish a new version and ask you to accept it in the app. If you do not accept it you cannot continue using the service; you may close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall to the courts of İstanbul.
